3. All in-house repair work can be
services as "priority" (next in line) at your request, redeemed at
your T-BRICK rate.
1. Sign this form and fax or mail back. A CRT rep will contact
you to verify your account has been set up.
2. An invoice will be generated by CRT to your business.
3. Upon receipt of your payment of this invoice, your T-BRICK
account will be created.
4. Redeem the T-BRICKs as needed (I.e. for routine service,
network assistance, installing software, general support, etc.)
5. Can be redeemed for emergency, after hours support. After
hour support redeemed at 1.5 units per hour.
6. Travel charges can also be redeemed from T-BRICK accounts (64
cents per mile [one way] if over 30 miles from CRT.)
7. All T-BRICKs must be used within 12 months of initial
purchase.
CRT sales department can help determine how much CRT services
you have been investing. Some clients buy enough T-BRICKs for a year, or a business quarter.
